Bev is a Senior Support Worker and plays a crucial role at Headway Norfolk and Waveney by providing one-to-one assistance to individuals with brain injuries.
Bev is responsible for developing and maintaining a supportive and enabling relationship with the service user. She work closely with services user to develop a person-centered care plan that addresses their specific needs, goals, and aspirations. This may include assisting with personal care, medication management, daily living skills, and emotional support.
Bev has worked at Headway Norfolk and Waveney for over 19 years and has gained a good understanding of brain injury.

In her spare time, Bev enjoys looking after her grandchildren, walking and eating out with family and friends.
