As a charity that operates across multiple locations, we require an efficient and effective management structure to ensure that its services are delivered consistently and to a high standard. This is where the role of an Area Manager comes in.
The Area Manager is a key member of the management team and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Headway Norfolk and Waveney's services in a designated area.
They support the team with developing new opportunities and activities for clients. This includes the coordination of support plans to enable clients to reach their chosen goals.
