Get to know Ellie
Headway Norfolk and Waveney is an organisation that provides support for people impacted by brain injury. As a charity that operates across multiple locations, we require an efficient and effective management structure to ensure that its services are delivered consistently and to a high standard. This is where the role of an Area Manager comes in.
Ellie is our North Norfolk and Broadland Apprentice Area Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Headway Norfolk and Waveney's services in a this area.
Ellie supports the team with developing new opportunities and activities for clients. This includes the coordination of support plans to enable clients to reach their chosen goals.
Ellie is also Lived Experience Coordinator for the ABI Connections Project.
