"I started my career in the housing and homelessness sector, before retraining as an Occupational Therapist. My work as an OT has included working at the NNUH, focusing mostly on the Stroke and Neuro wards. I originally joined Headway as an OT, before taking on the Director of Ops role".
“My husband had a head injury in 2019. Headway was the first place we went to seek advice. I am personally motivated to help improve the support available to individuals living with brain injury and their families”
Hobbies and Interests:
"I love sea-swimming and cycle-touring, and regularly make cycle trips with my husband and kids. My perfect day would involve a walk in the peak-district, close to where I grew up, with a pub-lunch stop along the way!"
